<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by:
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS
<br />AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated FEBRUARY 9, 2015 and recorded FEBRUARY 10, 2015 in the Office of the
<br />HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, in
<br />INSTRUMENT #201500854 ; Also an Extension Agreement dated January 29, 2016 and
<br />recorded February 4, 2016 in Instrument #201600689; Also an Extension Agreement dated May
<br />31, 2016 and recorded June 2, 2016 in Instrument #201603427 has been paid, and said
<br />beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises;
<br />PARCEL 1: LOT FIVE (5), BLOCK THREE (3), SECOND ADDITION TO HOLCOMB'S HIGHWAY
<br />HOMES SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />PARCEL 2: THE EAST HALF OF THE WEST HALF (E1 /2W1/2) OF THE NORTH NINETY ONE
<br />(91) FEET OF BLOCK ELEVEN (11), PLEASANT HOME SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
