Said Deed of Trust was assigned by the original Beneficiary, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC <br />REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., as nominee for CHARTERWEST NATIONAL BANK, its <br />successors and assigns to U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION by virtue of an Assignment dated <br />October 2, 2015 and filed for record on October 13, 2015, as Instrument No. 201507004 in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds for Hall County, Nebraska. GREGORY L.
