<br /> WHEREAS, Stuart E. Dethloff, a single person, as
<br /> Trustor, on April 1, 1988, made, executed, and del3vered to
<br /> Lawyers Title Insurance, as Trustee, a Deed af Trust coverinq the
<br /> follawing described property, to wit:
<br /> Lot Sixteen (16) , in LeHe3ghts Fourth
<br /> , Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> ; WHEREAS, said Deed of Trust was given as security for
<br /> the payment of a certain note on the same date by Stuart E.
<br /> Dethloff, to Central Mortgage Carporation, the Heneficiary of
<br /> said Deed of Trust, which Deed of Trust was recorded on April 4,
<br /> � 1988, in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County,
<br /> � Nebraska, as Document No. 88-101645 of the Mortgaqe Records; and
<br /> + WHEREAS, the said Central Mortgage Corporation duly
<br /> executed a written Assignment of the Deed of Trust to Countrywide
<br /> ' Funding Corporation on August 20, 1988, and thereupon delivered
<br /> the Deed of Trust and said written Assignment thereof to
<br /> { Countrywide Funding Corporation in the regular course of business
<br /> and for a valuable consideration, which. Assignment of Deed of
<br /> � Trust was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds for
<br /> � Hall County, Nebraska, on November 1�, 1988, as Document No. 88-
<br /> 106163 of the Mortgage Records; anci
<br /> WHEREAS, the said Countrywide Funding Corporation duly .
<br /> executed a Substitution of Trustee on December 19, 1989, removinq
<br /> Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation as original. Trustee and � :�

<br /> Associatian as successor Trustee, which Substitution of Trustee -
<br /> was recorded in the office of the Register af Deeds Por Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska, on January 18, 1g90, as Document No. 90-100309
<br /> : of the Miscellaneous Records; and
<br /> WHEREAS, a breach of the obligation for which the trust
<br /> . property was conveyed as security has occurred, to wit: Stuart �
<br /> ' E. Dethloff has wholly failed, neglected, and refused to pay the
<br /> ; principal and interest due for the months of June 1989 through
<br /> • January 1990, inclusive, on said note, �to the Heneficiary;
<br /> THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that the underGiqned
