<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Orville J Lemburg and Delores A
<br />Lembura. husband and wife
<br />to United Nebraska Bank Trustee for the
<br />benefit of United Nebraska Bank , the
<br />Beneficiary named therein dated December 4, 2000 and recorded December 8, 2000 in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska , in Book at
<br />Page or Document No. 200010662 of the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid and Beneficiary
<br />has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the
<br />interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described property:
<br />Tract of land described as commencing at a point on the south line of First Street, in the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, at a point 86 feet Easterly from the Northwesterly corner of
<br />Fractional Lot 1, in Fractional Block 21 of Palmer's Subdivision of Lot 7 of the County Subdivision of
<br />the Southeast Quarter (SE1 /4) of SW1 /4 of Section 16, Township 11 North, Range 9 West, running
<br />thence Southeasterly parallel with Westerly line of said Lot 1, 132 feet to the northerly alley line
<br />between First and Division Street, thence Northeasterly along the Northerly Line of said alley 43 feet
<br />more or less, to a point 18 feet Westerly from the Southeasterly corner of Lot "A ", of Elm Place
<br />Addition, thence Northwesterly parallel with the Easterly line of said Lot "A ", 132 feet to the Southerly
<br />line of First STreet, thence Southewesterly alon the South line of First Street, 43 feet more or less to
<br />the real place of beginning.
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
