Contract for Deed/Land Contract Page 2 of 11 <br />of the following lands and property, together with all improvements located on the <br />property: <br />201607379 <br />Bonnie Brae Add Lt 5 Block 17 to the City of Grand Island "Hall" County, Nebraska. <br />Parcel # 400023105 (the "Premises "). <br />2. The Purchaser and the Seller agree that the Purchaser takes the property with the <br />following conditions and defects relating to the property: <br />House is being sold in AS IS CONDITION without an;y type of warranty thereon. <br />Buyer further understands that Seller has not made and does not make any <br />representations or warranties of any kind as to the condition of the Property, buildings, <br />improvements, or fixtures located thereon, and the location of the boundaries of the <br />Property. <br />Purchase Price <br />3. The purchase price (the "Purchase Price ") of the Premises is $61,809.00. The Purchaser <br />agrees to pay $0.00 upon execution of this Agreement and the balance of the Purchase <br />Price being payable in monthly installments of $ 479.20, due on the 1st of the month of <br />each month, beginning on February 1, 2016 until the Purchase Price is paid in full. <br />Interest Charges <br />4. Interest of 0.7% per year will be computed monthly and deducted from the monthly <br />payments. The balance of the monthly payment will be applied to the principal amount <br />of the Purchase Price outstanding. <br />Lump Sum Payments <br />5.
