<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Brian Smidt and Mandy Smidt, husband and
<br />wife, as Trustors to John Q. Bachman, Attorney at Law, Trustee for the benefit of First Mortgage Company, LLC, an
<br />Oklahoma Limited Liability Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated August 19, 2010 and recorded in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds Hall County, Nebraska, on August 20, 2010, Instrument#: 0201005922 has been paid: and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that the property held by the Trustee be reconveyed, without
