Trejo, as Trustors, and Mortgage Electronic as nominee for Taylor, <br />Bean & Whitaker Mortgage Corp., as original Lender, wherein First American Title Ins. Co., <br />was named original Trustee. This Deed of Trust was recorded June 24, 2008 in the Records of <br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska in Instrument No. 0200805433 <br />On or about January 26, 2016, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as <br />Lender, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Selene <br />Finance LP. The Assignment was recorded February 8, 2016 in the office of the Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska in Instrument No. 201600766. <br />Hereinafter the Trustee, Matthew E. Laughlin for Selene Finance, LP will be referred to <br />as Grantor. <br />The GRANTOR in consideration of $57,000.00 and other valuable consideration <br />received from Selene Finance, LP, hereinafter Grantee does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey <br />and confirm unto GRANTEE the following described real property in Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Lot 5 in Block 8 of South Grand Island, an addition to the City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />To have and to hold the above - described premises together with all tenements, <br />hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the GRANTEE, and to the <br />GRANTEE'S successor and assigns forever. <br />GRANTOR does hereby covenant with the GRANTEE and with the GRANTEE'S <br />successors and assigns: <br />(1) That Juan Trejo Sr. and Mary V.
