TRUSTEE'S DEED That a Deed of Trust was made and entered into on or about March 14, 2008, between Juan Trejo Sr. and Mary V. Trejo, as Trustors, and Mortgage Electronic as nominee for Taylor, Bean & Whitaker Mortgage Corp., as original Lender, wherein First American Title Ins. Co., was named original Trustee. The Assignment was recorded February 8, 2016 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska in Instrument No. 201600766. Hereinafter the Trustee, Matthew E. Laughlin for Selene Finance, LP will be referred to as Grantor.
