<br /> B�rr�wer sha11 no�cause or permit the presence,use,disposal, �torage,�r release�f any Hazardvus
<br /> Su�stances,or�hr�aten to releas�any Hazard�us Substance�,on or in the Pr��erty.Borrov�er sha11 not do,
<br /> nor a11ow anyone else�o do,anything affecting the Proper�y(a}that is in vio�ation of any Environmental
<br /> La�v, (b)which creates an Envir�nmenta�Condition,or(c}which,due�o the presence,use,ar re��ase of a
<br /> Hazardaus Substance,creates a candition�hat advers�ly affects the value of the Pr�perty. The preeeding two
<br /> sentences sha��not apply to the presence,use,or stora��on the Property of s�rnall quantit�es of Hazardous
<br /> Substances that are genera�Iy recogn�zed to be app�vgr�ate to norma�r�sidentiat uses and to maintenance of
<br /> the i'raperty(including,but nat�imited�o,hazard�us substa�ces in consumer products�.
<br /> Borrower shall prompt�y give Lender written n�ti�e of�a}any invest�gation,claim,demand, �awsuit or other
<br /> action by any government�.1 or regu�atory agency or private�arty in�olving the Propert�y and�ny Hazardous
<br /> Subs�a.nce or Environmental La�of vvhic�Borrower has a�tual knowledg�, (U}any Environmenta.l
<br /> Candition, including but n�t limited to,any sp���ing, leaking,discharge,release or threa�of re�ease of any
<br /> Ha�ardaus Substa.�.ce,and�c}an�conclition caused b�th�pr�sence,us�ar releas�of a Hazardt��s Substance

<br /> accordanc�vvith En�ironm�ntal La�u.Nath�ng herein sha11 create any obliga�tion on Lender for an
