<br /> Lease the Property. Lender may rent or I�ase t�e who�e or any par�of the Property for such term ar terms and on
<br /> su ch co n ditians as Lender may deem appropriate.
<br /> �mplay Agents. Lender may eng�ge such agent or agents �s Len��r may de�m �ppropriate, eith�r in E.ender's
<br /> name or in G ra ntar s name�to ren t and manage the PrvperEy, �n cl uding�f�e cvllect�or�a nci ap plicativn of Rents.
<br /> Qt�er �I�ts. Lender may do all such other things and acts with resp�ct to the Prvpe�ty as Lender may deem
