(17 <br />r- uo <br /><n <br />Sellers represent and warrant that they have executed an Agreement for the Sale and <br />Purchase of Real Estate ( "Agreement "), for all that real property together with all buildings and <br />improvements situated thereon, in Hall County, Nebraska, legally described as: <br />Lot Four (4), Block Thirteen (13), Wallich's Addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The Agreement is made and entered into by and between George R. Gundelfinger and <br />Denise L.
