<br />THIS DEED is dated and executed this � day of April,
<br />2001, by James I. Shamberg, Attorney at Law, Trustee, and is with
<br />reference to Deed of Trust wherein William A. Jensen is Beneficia-
<br />ry, and James W. Ostermeier and Lynell Ostermeier, husband and
<br />wife, are Trustors and James I. Shamberg is Trustee;
<br />WHEREAS, Trustors, for valuable consideration and in order to
<br />secure to Beneficiary the payment of valuable consideration, did
<br />execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on June 28, 1991, and
<br />identified as Document No. 91- 104108, conveying to Trustee,
<br />Trustee's successors or assigns, a certain parcel of real estate
<br />described in said Deed as follows, to -wit:
<br />The South Half of the Southeast Quarter (S1 /2 SE1 /4) of
<br />Section Twenty (20) in Township Twelve (12) North, Range Nine
<br />(9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, EXCEPTING
<br />THEREFROM that part thereof conveyed to the State of Nebraska
<br />by deed recorded in Book 77, Page 30 of the Deed Records of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and
<br />Beneficiary has requested that the estate conveyed by the said Deed
<br />of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore mentioned and
<br />described be now released to said Trustors.
<br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey
<br />and quitclaim unto said Trustors all right, title, interest, claim
<br />and demand whatsoever which Trustee had acquired in and through the
<br />above - described Deed of Trust, together with all appurtenances and
<br />privileges thereunto belonging or appertaining.

<br />THIS DEED is dated and executed this � day of April,
