<br /> t� human health or the en�ironment when imprvperly used, treated, stored, disposed of, generated, manufactured,
<br /> transparted or otherwise handled. The wo�ds "H�zardous 5ubstances"are used in their very broadest sense and
<br /> include withaut �imitativn any and all hazardous vr toxic substances, materials or waste as defined by ar listed
<br /> und�r�he EnuirQnmental l.aws. The term "Hazardous Substances" also includes,w�thaut�imitation, petro�eum and

<br /> Real Property. The words "Rea� Prope�ty" mean the real proper�y, interests and rights, as further des�ribed in this

<br /> Related L]ocuments. The words "Related ❑ocuments" mean all promissvey no#es, credit agreements, �oan
<br /> agreements, environmental agreements, guaranties, security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust, security
<br /> deeds, collateral mortgages, and all othsr instrumen#s, agreements and documents, whether now or hereafter
<br /> existing,Execut�d in conr�ection with the�ndebte�ness.
<br /> Rents. The word "Rents" means all present and fu#ure rents, re�enues, incoms, issues, r�yalti�s, prv�its, and
<br /> other�en�fits derived from the P��perty.
