Notice is hereby given that Binfield Corporation, a Nebraska <br />corporation, claims an equitable interest in and to the property <br />described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof, l/ <br />and that it anticipates the filing of a suit in the District Court 11d) <br />of Hall County, Nebraska, against Michael T. Leaman and Ralisa E. <br />Leaman, husband and wife, asking the Court to impose a constructive <br />trust upon said property for the reason that Michael T.
