KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />Whereas, part of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by THIRD
<br />CITY CHRISTIAN CHURCH to TRANSNATION TITLE INSURANCE
<br />COMPANY, Trustee, for the benefit of CHURCH DEVELOPMENT FUND, INC. the O
<br />beneficiary named therein, dated May 1, 2000 and recorded May 4, 2000 in the Register of R,
<br />Deeds Office of HALL County, Nebraska as Document No. 200003646, has been partially
<br />paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Partial Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of
<br />the beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />Lot Twelve and the Easterly One Hundred Forty Eight (E148) feet of Lot Eleven (11), in Block
<br />One (1), in Dickey's Subdivision, an Addition to the city of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, EXCEPTING tracts of land more particularly described in Document No. 79- 004933
<br />and Document No. 82- 000620.
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvemeqts and appurtenances belong to such premises.
