DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />201607162 <br />THIS DEED, made this eighteenth day of October, 2016, between John M. <br />Cunningham, Trustee; Richard J. Berggren and Barbara A. Berggren, Husband and <br />Wife, Beneficiary; and Armando Perez, Trustor. <br />WHEREAS, Trustor, for valuable consideration and in order to secure to <br />Beneficiary the payment of said valuable consideration, did execute a Trust Deed, <br />which was filed on March 2, 2007, recorded in the office of the Clerk of the County of <br />Hall and identified as Instrument No. 200701609 conveys to Trustee, John M. <br />Cunningham, successors or assigns, a certain parcel of real estate described in said <br />Deed as follows: to wit: <br />Lot One (1) and Two (2), Block One (1), Pleasant Hill Addition to <br />The City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />And the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and Beneficiary has <br />requested that the estate conveyed by the said Deed of Trust to Trustee in the said <br />property hereinbefore mentioned and described be now released to said Trustor. <br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release convey and <br />quitclaim unto said Trustor all right, title, interest, claim and demand whatsoever <br />which he had acquired in and through the above - described Deed of Trust, together <br />with all appurtenances and privileges thereunto belo _ mg or appertain' <br />sr.
