<br /> Deed o# Trust. The words "Deed of Trust" mean this Deed of Trust among Trust�r, Lender, and Trustee, and
<br /> includes without limitation a!1 assignment and security interest prv�isions relating ta the Personal Prvperty and
<br /> Rents.
<br /> En�irvnmen#al Laws. The words "Environmen�al Laws" mean any and al� state, federal and Iocal statutes,
<br /> regulations and ❑rdinances relating to the prate�tion of human health or the en�ironment, including without
<br /> limitation the Comprehensi�e En�ironmen�a� Response, Compensa�ion, and Liability Act �f 1 g80, as amended, 42
<br /> LI.S.C. Sectian 96�1, et seq. �"CERCLA"y, the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorizati�n Act of 1986, Pub. L.

<br /> Conser�ation and Reco�ery Act, 42 U.S.C. Section 69�1, et seq., ❑r other applicable state or federal laws, rules,

<br /> E�ent af Default. The words "E�ent❑fi ❑efault" mean any of the e�ents ❑f default s�t forth in this Deed nf Trust in
<br /> the e�ents ❑f default section o#this Deed ❑f Trust.
<br /> Existing Indehtedne�s. The words "Existing Indebtedness" mean the inde�tedne�s described in the Existing Liens
<br /> pr��isian ❑f this Qeed at Trust.
<br /> Impro�ements. The word "Impro�ements" means a!I existing and future impro�ements, bui[dings, structures,
<br /> mobile homes af#ixed ❑n the Real Property, fac�lities, additians, rep�acements and ather cons�ruction on the Real
<br /> Property.
<br /> Indebtedness. The word "�ndebtedness" means all principal, interest, and ather amounts, costs and expenses
<br /> payable under the Credit Agreement ar Related Documents, together with all renewals of, extensions ❑f,
<br /> modifications ofi, consolidarions of and substituti�ns for th� Credit Agreement or Related ❑o�uments and any
<br /> amounts expended or ad�an�ed hy Lend�r t❑ discharge Trustor's abligations o� expenses incurred by Trustee or
<br /> Lender to enforce Trust�r's obligatians under this Deed of Trust, tagether ►►vith interest on such amvunts as
<br /> pro�ided in this Deed of Trust.
<br /> Lender. The word "Lender" means Fi�e Points �ank, its successvrs and assigns. The words "su�cessors or
<br /> ass+gns" mean any p�rson or campany that a�quires any interest in the Credit Agreement.
<br /> Persvnal Property. The words "Persvna� Property" mean all equ�pment, fixtures, and other articles ❑f persanal
<br /> praperty now ar hereafter vwn�d by Trustvr, and now ar herea�ter attached or affixed to the Rea! Property;
<br /> together with all acGess�vns, parts, and additions to, all r�pfacements of, and all substitutivns for, any of such

<br /> premiumsy fram any sale or❑ther dispasition❑t the Praperty.
<br /> Prap�rty. The ward "Prope�ty" means ca�le�ti�ely the Real Pr�perty and th� Persanal Prvperty.
<br /> Rea! Praperty. The wards "Real Property" mean the real property, int�rests and rights, as further d�scribed �n this
<br /> ❑eed of Trust.
<br /> Related Documents. The words "Related �ocuments" mean all promis�ory notes, credit agreements, Ivan
<br /> agreements, en�iranmental agre�ments, guaranties, security agreements, mvrtgages, deeds of trust, security
<br /> deeds, collateral mQrtgages, and all ather instruments, agreements and dacuments, whether naw vr hereafter
<br /> �xisting, executed in conne�tian with the lndebtedness.
<br /> Rents. The word "Rents" means all present and future rents, re�enues, income, issues, rayalties, profits, and
<br /> ❑ther benefiits deri�ed from the Prvperty.
