<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by BRADLEY L
<br />FEGLEY AND JODI L FEGLEY, HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, d
<br />NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated FEBRUARY 23, 1998 and recorded
<br />MARCH 2, 1998 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument 98- 101800 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />LOT FIVE (5) AND THE EASTERLY FOUR (4) FEET OF LOT SIX (6) IN BLOCK THREE
<br />(3), CUNNINGHAM SUBDIVISION, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
