KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all or part of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by David M.
<br />Swantek and Suzanne R. Swantek, husband and wife, to West Gate Bank, Lincoln, Nebraska,
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of Five Points Bank, Grand Island, NE, the Beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />November 3, 2011, and recorded on November 9, 2011, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, Instrument No. 0201108459, and further assigned to West Gate Bank on November 9,
<br />2011, and recorded as Instrument No. 0201108460, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this
<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises.
<br />Lot Three (3), Block One (1), Pleasant View Twelfth Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska
<br />TOGETHER WITH all buildings, fixtures, improvements, and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
<br />The Beneficiary does hereby request that this DEED OF RECONVEYANCE be executed and delivered.
