<br />and The Chase Manhattan Bank, as Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated as of
<br />May 1, 2000, among Credit -Based Asset Servicing and Securitization LLC, Asset Backed Funding
<br />Corporation, Litton Loan Servicing LP and the Chase Manhattan Bank, C -Bass Mortgage Loan Asset
<br />Backed Certificates, Series 2000 -CB2, without recourse, hereinafter called "Grantee ":
<br />WHEREAS, on August 12, 2000, Eric H. ' ,' ndquist, as Successor Trustee, executed a Notice
<br />of Default pursuant to which notice was given to ::eith A. Anderson and Susan E. Anderson n/k/a
<br />Susan E. Timmerman, husband and wife, Trustors, under that certain Deed of Trust recorded on
<br />January 27, 2000, as Instrument No. 2000 -00728 of the Mortgage Records in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, covering that certain premises described as:
<br />LOT 20, BLOCK 1, KOEHLER PLACE, GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA,
<br />that a breach of an obligation for which the trust property was conveyed had occurred, and setting
<br />forth the nature of such breach and of his election to sell or cause to be sold such property to satisfy the
<br />obligation. Said Notice of Default was filed for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, on October 30, 2000, as Instrument No. 2000 -09390 in the Records of said
<br />County.
<br />A copy of such Notice of Default was there. ter mailed to all parties entitled to notice pursuant
<br />to said Deed of Trust and in compliance with Sectic :, 76 -1008 R.R.S. Nebraska.
<br />Subsequent thereto, beginning on December 28, 2000, Grantor caused to be published in The
<br />Grand Island Independent, a newspaper having a general circulation in Hall County, Nebraska, a
<br />Notice of Trustee's Sale setting forth a description of the property to be sold and stating that the
<br />described property would be sold at public auction to the highest bidder for cash or certified or
<br />cashier's check at the lower level lobby of the Hall County Courthouse, 1st & Locust Street, Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska at 10 :00 a.m. on February 13, 2001. Publication of such notice was made for five
<br />consecutive weeks on December 28, 2000, January 4, 2001, January 11, 2001, January 18, 2001 and
<br />January 25, 2001, the last publication being at least ten (10) days but not more than thirty (30) days
<br />prior to the date of sale.
<br />A copy of such notice of the time and place of sale was thereafter mailed to all parties entitled
<br />to notice pursuant to said Deed of Trust and in conpliance with Section 76 -1008 R.R.S. Nebraslra.
<br />Pursuant to said Notice of Trustee's Sale, ohn McDermott, attorney for Eric H. Lindquist,
<br />Successor Trustee, did at the time and place merr;oned in said Notice of Trustee's Sale, offer said
<br />property for sale at public auction, and did sell the same to Grantee for the sum of $53,289.49 it being
<br />the highest bidder therefor.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and of the sum of $53,289.49 so bid
<br />and paid as aforesaid, I, Eric H. Lindquist, Successor Trustee, do hereby grant and convey unto said
