<br /> Notice is hereby given that a Petition has been filed in the
<br /> District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein United Mortgage
<br /> Company, a Colorado corporation, is Plaintiff and Jay B. Johnson
<br /> and Carla K. Johnson, et al. , are the Defendants, the object and
<br /> prayer of which is to obtain an accounting fram said Defendants
<br /> of the amount due Plaintiff on the Mortgage dated December 16,
