Pi <br />real estate as defined in <br />Nebraska, 1996: <br />TRUSTEE'S DEED <br />20010.3441 <br />TRUSTEE of "The Perrill Family Revocable <br />Revocable Living Trust Agreement dated <br />for distributing an asset of the trust, <br />grill, GRANTEE, the following described <br />Section 76 -201 of the Revised Statutes of <br />Lot Eight (8) in Sunset Sixth Subdivision, being part of <br />Lot One (1), Sunset Subdivision and a part of the <br />Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section Eleven (11), <br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the <br />6th P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska, <br />subject to easements and restrictions of record. <br />GRANTOR covenants with GRANTEE, as follows: <br />1. GRANTOR is lawfully seised of the real estate and the real <br />estate is free from encumbrances; <br />2. GRANTOR has legal power and lawful authority to convey the real <br />estate to GRANTEE; and <br />3.
