Thompson, a single person, GRANTOR, in consideration of estate planning, <br />conveys to GRANTEE, Dianne L. Thompson, Trustee of the Dianne L. Thompson Revocable <br />Trust dated March 22, 2006, or her successor or successors in trust, the following described real <br />estate (as defined in Neb. Rev.
