<br />The undersigned Lessor, namely KUESTER LAKE, INC., hereby consents to the �\N
<br />conditional assignment to HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF wN
<br />GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, (Secured Party), by TOMMY L. UMMEL, JR., (Debtor), of a
<br />Lease dated MAY 10, 2000 where Kuester Lake, Inc., is the Lessor and TOMMY L. UMMEL,
<br />JR., is the Lessee, such Lease commenced FEBRUARY 1, 1999, and terminates JANUARY 31,
<br />2034, and pertains to:
<br />LOT THIRTEEN (13) AND THE NORTH HALF (N %2) OF LOT FOURTEEN (14),
<br />HAVING A LAKE FRONT FOOTAGE OF 119 FEET, MORE OR LESS, SITUATED
<br />ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE WEST PORTION OF KUESTER LAKE, AND BEING
<br />ON A PART OF THE EAST HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (E %2 SW' /4), IN
<br />SECTION THIRTEEN (13), TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE NINE (9),
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, BOUNDED ON THE WESTERLY SIDE BY THE
<br />COMMON ROAD;
<br />Said Conditional Assignment to which this Lessor consents was given by said Debtor to
<br />HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />NEBRASKA, (Secured Party) as additional security for payment of a note in the amount of
<br />EIGHTY -NINE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND NO /100 Dollars ($89,500.00) and a
<br />Financing Statement or mortgage covering the above - described premises and securing payment
<br />of said note (bond).
<br />Such assignment to remain effective until said note (bond) is paid.
