CONDITIONAL ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE AS ADDITIONAL SECURITY

<br />TOMMY L. UMMEL, JR., an unmarried person, ASSIGNOR, does hereby assign to
<br />HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />NEBRASKA, ASSIGNEE, as additional security for payment of a loan made to Assignors by
<br />Assignee in the amount of $89,500.00, the Lease dated MAY 10, 2000 wherein KUESTER
<br />LAKE, INC. is the Lessor and Assignors are the Lessees, pertaining to the following- described
<br />premises:
<br />LOT THIRTEEN (13) AND THE NORTH HALF (N' /2) OF LOT FOURTEEN (14),
<br />HAVING A LAKE FRONT FOOTAGE OF 119 FEET, MORE OR LESS, SITUATED
<br />ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE WEST PORTION OF KUESTER LAKE, AND BEING
<br />ON A PART OF THE EAST HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (E' /2 SW' /4), IN
<br />SECTION THIRTEEN (13), TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE NINE (9),
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, BOUNDED ON THE WESTERLY SIDE BY THE
<br />COMMON ROAD;
<br />It is understood that if the Assignors pay said indebtedness of $89,500.00, with interest
<br />and according to the provisions of the Financing Statement given by them to the Assignee, that
<br />this Conditional Assignment of said Lease will thereafter be null and void and of no further force
<br />nor effect.
