<br /> under the Environmental Laws. The term "Hazardous Subs�an�es" als� includes,without�imitati�n, petroleum and
<br /> petroleum�y�products or any fractian thereof and asbestos.
<br /> Imprv�emen�s. The word "Impra�ements" means all existing and fufiu�� improvements, bu��dings, structur�s,
<br /> mob�le homes af�ixed on �he Reaf Praperty, fac�iities, additions, repfa�ements and other construction on the Rea�
<br /> Properky.
<br /> Indeh�edness. The word "Indebtedness" means a[1 principal, inter�s�, and ❑ther amounts, costs and expenses
<br /> payable under the C�edit Agreement ar Rela#ed Documen�s, together wi#h a�l renevuals o�, ex�ensions o�,
<br /> modifications fl�, consalida�ians af and substitu�ions �or the Credit Agreemen# or Related Documents and any
<br /> amaunts expended or ad�an�ed by Lender to discharge Trus�o�'s obligat�ons or expenses in�urred by Trustee or
<br /> Lender ta entorce Trustor's obligatians und�r this Deed o� Trusf, together wi�h interest on such amounts as
<br /> pra�ided in th�s Deed a�'Trust.
<br /> Lender. The ward "Lender" means BANK 4F THE 1NEST, its successo�-s and assigns. The words "successars ar
<br /> ass�gns"mean any person or campany tha�a�quires any interest in the�redit Agreement.
<br /> Personal Prope�ty. The words "Personal Property" mean all equ ipment, fix�ures, and other articies of persona�
<br /> property n�w or hereafter owned by Trustor, and now or hereafter attached ar a�fixed �a the Real Property;
<br /> together with al[ accessions, parks, and additians to, a1f replacements ❑f, and afl substitut�ons far, any a� such
<br /> property; and together with a�� proceeds �including without limitation a�l insurance praceeds and refunds a�
<br /> premiums}from any sale or ather disposition af the Property,
<br /> Property. The word"Proper�y"means col�ecti�ely the Rea[Property and the Personal Property.
<br /> Real Property. The words"Real Praperty"mean the real property, interes�s and rights, as�urther described in this
<br /> Deed of T�ust.
<br /> Related aa�uments. The words "Related �a�uments" mean all promissary notes, credit agreements, loan
<br /> agreements, �nvironmental agreemen�s, guaranties, security agreements, mor��ages, deeds a�F �rust, security
<br /> deeds, ca�lateral mar�gages, and all other €nstruments, ag�eements and do�uments, wheth�r now or hereafter
<br /> exis�ing,executed in connection with the lndeb#edness.
<br /> Rents. The word "Ren�s" means all present and fu�ure r�nts, revenues, income, issues, royal���s, p�'��i�5, and
<br /> other bene�its derived from the Property.
