<br /> If the Properry is damaged, such Miscellaneous Proceeds shalf be applied to restora�ion or repair of the
<br /> Property, if the rest�ration or repair �s e�onomically feasibie and Lender's security is not lessened. Durir►g
<br /> such repair and restoration period, Lender sha11 ha�e the right to hold such Mis�ellaneous Proceeds until
<br /> Lender has had an opportunity to inspe�t such Property to ensure the work has been completed to Lender's
<br /> satisfaction, pro�ided that such inspection shall be under�aken promptly. Lender may pay far the repairs and
<br /> restoration in a sing�e disbursement or in a series of progress payments as the work is completed. LTnless an
<br /> agreement is ma.de in wr�t�ng ar Applicable Law requ�res interesf to be paid on such Miscellaneous Proceeds,
<br /> Lender shall not be required�o pay Borrower any interest or earnings on such Miscel�aneous Proceeds. �f the

<br /> Proceeds shall be applied to the sums secured by this Security Instrument, whether or not then due, with the
<br /> excess, if any, paid to Borrower. Such Miscellaneous Pro�eeds shall be applied in the �rder pro�ided for in

<br /> In the e�ent of a total taking, destruction, or loss in �alue of�he Property, the Miscellaneous Praceeds shall

<br /> amount of the sums secured by this Security Instrument immediately before the partial taking, destcuction, or
