<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by DAVID J WETHERILT
<br />and SUSAN L WETHERILT, HUSBAND AND WIFE to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of
<br />UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, the Beneficiary named therein dated MAY 3, 1999 and recorded MAY 6,
<br />1999 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, as Document No. 99- 104696 of the Trust
<br />Deed Records of said County has been paid and Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered.
