<br /> El�ction o� Remedies. All of Lender's righ�s and rem�die� w4�1 be cumula�ive and may b� exerc�sed aione �r
<br /> toge�her�. ff Lender decides to spend mvn�y �r to perform any o�Trustor's ob�igations under this D�ed o�Trust,
<br /> af�er T�ustar's �ai�ure to do so, that decisi�n by Lender will not affect Lender's right ta declare Trustor in default
<br /> and ta exercis�Lender's remedies.
<br /> Reques�'�ar Natice. Trustor, ❑n behal�af Trusto�and Lender, hereby requests that a copy of any�lotic� of L7efault
<br /> and a capy a�any Not�ce ❑f Sale under#his ❑eed ❑f T�ust b�mailed f❑ them at the �ddresses se�far�h in the first
<br /> paragraph ofi th is C3eed of Tru st.
<br /> Attorneys' Fees; Expenses. �f Lender insti�utes any suit ar ac�ion ta enforce any of the terr�s o�thi� C]eed o�
<br /> Trus�, Lender shall be�ntitled to rec��er such sum as fh�court rr7ay adjudge reasonable a�at���neys' fees�t�rial
<br /> and up�n any appea�. Wh��her ar� no� any caurt ac�ian is in�ol�ed, and �a the ex�ent nat prohibited by �aw, al�
<br /> reasonable expenses Lender incurs that �n L�nder'� apin�on a�e n�cessary at any time for the p�o�ec�ion of its
<br /> �n�erest or the enfor�ement❑f its rights shall beeame a part of the lndebtedn�ss payable on d�mand and shall bear
<br /> in�e�est at�he Credit Agreemen� rate �r�m the da�e ❑f th� expenditure until repaid. Expenses covered by this
<br /> paragraph includ�, wfth�u�limit�tion, hawe�er sub���t to any limits under applicable I�v►r, Lender's attorn�ys' �e�s
<br /> and Lender`s lega� �xpenses, wh�ther ❑r no� the�e is a lawsuif, inc�uding attorneys' fees and ex�enses far
<br /> bankruptcy pra�eedings{includ�n� e�forts to modify❑r�acare any aut�ma��c s�ay or in�unetian}, appeals, and any
<br /> an�icipated pasfi judgmen� collection servires, the cost ❑f searching recards, abtaining tit�e reports �in�luding
<br /> fareclosure �eports}, Surveyors' reparts, and appraisai fees, ti�le insurance, and fees f�r the Trus�ee, to the extent
<br /> pe�m��ted by applicable law. Trustor also will pay any court costs, �n addit�on to a�!ath�r sums pra�ided by faw.
<br /> Righ�s�f Trustee. T�ustee shaif have a�l of the rights and duties of L�nder as set farfih �n this section.
<br /> P�INERS AND �BLIGATI�NS�F TRUSTEE. The fal��wing p�ovisions re�ating ta the power�s and o�ligations o€Trustee
<br /> are part o��his Deed of Trust:
