<br /> Barrower's breach of�ny co�enant or agreement in this Se�urity Instrument (but not prior to a�ce�eratioa
<br /> under Section 18 u�less�►pplicahle Law pr��ide��therwise}. The nvtice shal�s�ecify: �a}th�d�fault; (b)the
