THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by RUDOLF F PLATE AND
<br />JEANNICE R PLATE, HUSBAND AND WIFE AND TIM C PLATE AN UNMARRIED INDIVIDUAL to UNITED
<br />NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, the Beneficiary named therein dated
<br />JULY 31, 1998 AND AUGUST 24, 2000 and recorded SEPTEMBER 21, 1998 AND AUGUST 29 2000 in
<br />the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, AS DOCUMENT NO'S. 98 -1091 D 0200007036 of the
<br />Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid and Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered.
