- <br />nZ <br />�= m `' <br />i i I i I 'n in <br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />Trustee <br />to <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust <br />Deed executed by Nathan Detroit's, Inc., and Robert Mahood to Larry <br />Coffin, Beneficiary named therein, filed September 15, 2000 and <br />recorded as Document No. 200007611 in the office of the Register of <br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has <br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and <br />delivered as confirmed by the beneficiary's endorsement below; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment, and in <br />accordance with the request of the beneficiary named therein, the <br />undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release, <br />and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest <br />and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust deed in the <br />following- described premises, but only as to such premises: <br />The North Half (N1/2) and the Northerly Forty -four (44) Feet <br />of the Southerly Half (S1/2) of Lot One (1), in Block Fifty -five <br />(55), in the Original Town, now City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska <br />TOGETHER with all buildings, fixtures, improvements, and <br />appurtenances belonging to such premises. <br />DATED this day of September 2016. <br />bo <br />(p. <br />
