<br /> Trust. lJnless specificafly s�ated to the cantrary, all references to dollar amounts sha[i mean amaunts �n law#ul money
<br /> of the llnited Sta�es of Am�rica. V1lords and �erms used in th� singular shall include the plu�al, and the plural shal�
<br /> include the singular, as the context may require. Wvrds and terms not otherwise defined in this Deed of Trust shall
<br /> ha�e the meanings attributed to such terms in the Uniform Commercial C�de:
<br /> Beneficia�y. The word "Benefiiciary" m�ans Exchange Bank, and �ts successors and ass�gns.
<br /> Borrnwer. The w�rd "Barrower" means Grand R��er Prap�rties LLC and in�ludes a11 co-signers and ca-makers
<br /> signing the Note and all�h�i�successors and assigns.
<br /> Deed of Trust. The ►rvards "Deed of Trust" mean this a�ed of Trust amang Trustor, Lender, and Trus�ee, and
<br /> includes rrvithout limita�i�n ail assignment and securi�y interes� pro��sions relating to the Personal P�operty and
<br /> Re n�s.
<br /> Defau[�t. The ward "Default" means the Defau�t se�forth in this Deed of Trus�in the section titled "Defaul�"
<br /> En�irvnmenta� Laws. The w�rds "En�ironmen�al Laws" mean any and all state, federal and local statutss,
<br /> regulations and ordinan�es re�ating to the protection af human health or the en�ironment, including without
<br /> limitation th� Cvmprehensi�e En�ironm�ntal Respans�, Compensation, and Liahili�y Act of '�9$�, as amended, 4�
<br /> U.S.C. Sectian 9601, et seq. �"�ERCLA"}, the Superfund Amendmen�s and Reauthorization Act o� 198�, Pub. L.
<br /> No. 9�-499 4"SARA"�, the Hazardous Materials Transpvr�a�ion Act, 49 U.S.C. Sec�ion 18��, et seq., �he R�source
<br /> Conser�a�ion and Reca�ery Act, 4� U.S.C. Section 69n�, et seq., or oth�r applicabl� state or federal �aws, rules,

<br /> E�ent a�F Defauit. The words "E�ent af C7�fault" mean any o�the e�ents af default set for�h in this Deed a�Trust in
<br /> the e�en�s of de�ault s�ction of th�s ❑eed af Trust.
<br /> Guarantvr. The word "Guarantor" means any guarantar, surety, ❑� accommodation party of any ❑r all af the
<br /> lndebtedness.
<br /> Guaranty. The word "Guaranty" means th� guaranty �rom Guarantar to Lender, including wi�hout limi�ati�n a
<br /> guaranty of all or par�o�the Note.
<br /> Hazardous 5ubstances. The �rvords "Hazardous 5ubstances" mean ma�erials that, because of their quantity,
<br /> concentra�ion ❑r physical, chemical ar infectiaus characteris�ics, may cause or pase a presen� or potential hazard
<br /> to human health ❑r the en�ironment when improperly used, �reated, stor�d, d�sposed of, generated, manufactured,
<br /> transpar�ed or vtherw�se hand�ed. The words "Hazardous 5ubstanc�s" are used in their �ery braadest sense and
<br /> include without limita�ion any and all hazardous ar �oxi� substances, mat�rials or waste as defined by or listed
<br /> under the En�ir�nm�ntal Laws. The term "Hazardous Subs�ances" alsv includes, without limitatian, petroleum and
<br /> petroleum hy-products vr any �raction the�eo�and asbestos.
<br /> Impro�ements. The word "Impravemen�s" means all existing and future impro�ements, buifdings, structures,
<br /> mobile homes affix�d on the Real Property, facilities, additions, replacements and other �vnstruction on the Real
<br /> Pro pe rty.
<br /> lndebtedness. The word "Indeh�edness" means a�l principa[, �nterest, and other amounts, costs and expenses
<br /> payable under the Note vr Rela�ed Dacuments, tagether with all renewals of, �xtensians of, m�dificati�ns of,
<br /> consalidations of and substitutions for the No�e or R�lated Documen�s and any amounts expend�d or ad�anced by
<br /> Lender t� dischar�e Trustor's obligations or expenses incur�ed by Truste� or Lender �o enfor�e Trustor�5
<br /> ❑bl�gations under this Deed �� Trus�, �ogether with €nterest on such amounts as pro�ided in this Deed of Trust.
<br /> SpeGifically, wi�hvut limi�ation, lndebtedness includes the future ad�anc�s se� forth in �he Future Ad�ances
<br /> pro�ision, ��geth�r with a[1 interest thereon and all amounts that may he indirec�ly secured by the
<br /> Crass-�ollateraliza�ion pro�isian o#this ❑�ed of Trust.
<br /> Lender. Th� word "Lender" means Exchange �ank, its successors and assigns.
<br /> Nvte. The word "Nvte" means the promissory not� dated 5eptember 3Q, �Q16, Irt the original principal
<br /> amaunt of $97,���,��fram Trustor t❑ Lender, tagether►rvith all renewa�s of, extensions of, modifica�ions o�,

<br /> Personal Property. The wvrds "Personal Property" mean all equipment, fixtures, and ❑the� ar�i�les o� persana�
<br /> property now or herea�ter ❑wn�d by Trustor, and now or hereaft�� attached ar affixed to the Real Praper�y;
<br /> tagether with all a�cess€ons, parts, and additions �o, all r�placements o�, and a�� subs�itut�ons for, any of SUCh
