The legal description of such real estate, which is designated as homestead, is as follows: <br />The Southwest Quarter (SW 114) of Section Seventeen (17), Township Ten (10) North, Range Eight (8), West of the 6th P.M., Hamilton County, <br />Nebraska <br />The Northwest Quarter (NW114) of Section Twenty -Three (23), Township Ten (10) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, <br />Nebraska <br />I reside in a dwelling house located upon the homestead. All appurtenances to such dwelling, an adequate <br />supply of potable water and an adequate system of sewage disposal exist upon the homestead. Both the <br />water supply and the sewage disposal system are located entirely upon the homestead and neither will <br />require access to or an easement across any part of the nondesignated agricultural land encumbered by such <br />mortgage or trust deed. Both the homestead and the nonhomestead real estate encumbered by such <br />mortgage or trust deed have existing legal access to a public roadway. All structures and other improvements <br />situated on the portion of the homestead encumbered by such mortgage or trust deed are listed below.
