<br />WHEREAS, All of the indebtedness secured by the DEED OF TRUST executed by Terry L.
<br />Stamm and Melissa R. Stamm, husband and wife, to Jerry J. Milner, a member of Nebraska Bar
<br />Association, as Trustee for the benefit of ASSOCIATES FINANCIAL SERVICES COMPANY,
<br />INC., SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO ASSOCIATES FINANCIAL SERVICES COMPANY
<br />OF NEBRASKA, INC. BY MERGER DATED 10/18/99, the Beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />October 9'h, 1997, and recorded October 9'h, 1997 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County Nebraska, as Document Number 97- 108439 has been paid, and said Beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by
<br />its endorsement below;
