<br /> generating equiprnent; a11 pumps, tanks, ducts, conduits, wire, switches, e�e�trica� equipment,

<br /> equipment and fixtur�s; a�1 heating, refrigeration, a�r-C�r1CI1t1�Illi1�, cooling, venti�ating,

<br /> (b} Al� art�c�es of tang�ble personal property nat otherwise descrihed herein which are
<br /> now ar hereafter l�cated in, attached to or used in, on nr abaut the buildings, structures or
<br /> improv�ments now or hereafter Iocated, placed, erected, constructed or bui�t on the Land and a�i
<br /> r�p�acements thereaf, accessions ther�ta, or substitution therefar, �vhether or not the sam� are, or
<br /> w�11 b�, attached t� such buildings, structures or �mprovements in any manner;
<br /> (c� A11 awards noW or hereafter made �"Awards"} with respe�t to the Land as a result
<br /> �f�i} the ex�rc�se of the power of conden�nati�n nr eminent domain, �r the pnl�ce power, (ii} the
<br /> alt�ration �f the grade af any street, or �i�i� any other inj ury or decrease �n the value of the Land �
<br /> (including but not limited t� any destructi�r� or decrease in the value by fre or �ther casua�ty},
<br /> whether or n�t any of the property described ir� this �tem �d} canstitutes accounts, chattel paper,
<br /> d�cuments, general intangibles, instruments, �nvestment property, deposit acc�unts, or money;
