<br /> "�o�ernmenta�Autharity"m�ans any b�ard, commissi�n, department or body of any
<br /> municzpa�, c�unty, state, tribal �r federal gove�nm�ntal unit, inciuding any Un�ted States
<br /> territorial gavernment, and any pu�lic or qua�i-publ�c autharity, ar any subd�v�sian of any af
<br /> them, that has ar acquires jurisdiction ov�r the Mortgaged Prop�rty, inc�uding the use, �perat�an
<br /> ar improvement of the Mortgaged Pr�perty.
<br /> "Healthcare Facility" means that por�ion of the Pr�ject�perated on the Land as a Nurs�ng
<br /> Home, Intermediate �are Facil�ty, Board and �are H�me, Ass�sted Li�ing Facx�xty an�ilor any
<br /> �ther healthcare facility authorized to rece�ve insured mortgage financing pursuant to Section
<br /> 232 of the Nationa� H�using Act, as amended, including any commercial space �nc�uded in th�
<br /> faci�ity.
<br /> "Hea�thcare Facil�ty'W�rk�ing �apital"means current assets �f the Healthcaxe Facility m�nus
<br /> current liab�lit�es of the Healthcare Faci�ity, pursuant t� Generally Accepted Accaunting
<br /> Princip�es, as Pr�gram �bligat�ons may further c�arify or define.
<br /> "HUD" means the U.S. Department of Housing and Ur�an Development acting by and thraugh
<br /> the Secretary �n the capacity as insurer or holder of the Loan und�r th� authority�f the Nati�r�a1
<br /> H�using Act, as amend�d, the Department of Hausing and LTrban I]evelopment Act, as amended,
<br /> or any other federal law or regulation pertaining t� the Loan or the Project.
<br /> "Imp�sit�ons" is def ned in Sect�on 8.
<br /> "Imposition Deposits" is defined in Sect�on S.
<br /> "Improvements"means the bui�dings, structures, and alterations now canstructed or at any time
<br /> �n the future constructed or plac�d upon the Land, in�luding any future rep�acements and
<br /> .
<br /> a 1tlons.
<br /> "Indebtedness"means the principa� of, inter�st on, and al1 other amounts due at any time under
<br /> the Not� or the Loan I�ocuments, �nciuding prepayment prem�ums, �ate charges, default interest,
<br /> and advances to protect the secur�ty as provided in the L�an Documents.
<br /> "Land" means the estat� in realty described ir�Exhibit A.
