The representations and warra.nties in this Section 4g sha�I be cantxnuing representati�ns and vvarranties that shall be c�eerned to be made by B�rrower throughout the term of the Loan, until the Indebtedness has been paid �n full. �g� Borrawer sha�l promptly notify. Any such Notice given by Borrower sha11 not rel�eve Borrower of, ar result in a waiver of, any obligation under this Security Instrum�nt,the Note, �r any�ther Loan I]ocument. �h� Borr�wer shall pay promptly the costs of any environmenta� inspections, tests �r aud�ts �"Environmental Inspections"� r�qu�red by Lender in�annect�on with any f�recl�sure �r deed in�ieu of foreclasure, or as a candition of Lender's consent to any transfer under Secti�n 2�, or required by Lender f�llov�ring a reas�nahle determination by Lender that Proh�bited Act�vities or �onditians may �xist. Any such costs incurred by Lender ��ncluding the fees and out-of-p�cket costs of att�rneys and techn�cal cansultants whether in�urred in connect�on with any judicia� �appeilate or otherwise} ar admin�strative prac�ss or otherwise� which Borrower fails to pay promptiy shall bec�me an additional part of the Indebtedness as provided in Section 13; provided that so long as the Laan�s insured by HUI], no advances made by Lender under this subsect�on (h) shail become an add�t�ona�part�f the Indebtedness un�ess such advances recei�e the pri�r written appro�al of HUI] and pravided further that unless approved by HUD, Lender shall have no �bligation to make such further advances.
