<br />WHEREAS, All of the indebtedness secured by the DEED OF TRUST executed by Laurence J.
<br />Wicht and Debra A. Wicht, husband and wife, to Jerry J. Milner, a member of Nebraska Bar
<br />Association, as Trustee for the benefit of THE ASSOCIATES FINANCIAL SERVICES
<br />COMPANY, INC., SUCCESSOR IN INTERST TO ASSOCIATES FINANCIAL SERVICES
<br />COMPANY OF NEBRASKA, INC., BY MERGER DATED 10/18/99, the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated April 16`h, 1999 and recorded April 21, 1999 in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 99- 104104 has been paid, and said Beneficiary
<br />has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed
