The Trustor <br />(whether one or more) is LOCUST STREET, L.L.C., a Nebraska limited liability company, <br />whose address for purposes of notice in respect to this Deed of Trust is PO Box 1866, Grand <br />Island, NE 68802 -1866, and who is sometimes identified herein as "Guarantor ". A. <br />DOUTHIT, whose address for purposes of notification under this Deed of Trust is 1608 Ando <br />Street, Grand Island, NE 68803, and who is sometimes identified herein as "Lender ". <br />GUARANTOR IRREVOCABLY CONVEYS TO TRUSTEE, IN TRUST, WITH <br />POWER OF SALE, THE FOLLOWING: <br />Block Sixteen (16), Pleasant Home Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, EXCEPTING therefrom that portion thereof conveyed to the <br />City of Grand Island, Nebraska by Warranty Deed recorded as Instrument No. <br />200316261 as the same is recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska; and <br />Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (SE1 /4SE1 /4) of Section <br />Twenty -One (21), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6 <br />P.M., more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the southeast <br />corner of Block 16, in Pleasant Home Subdivision in said section; running thence <br />westerly along and upon the southerly line of said Pleasant Home Subdivision a <br />distance of 294 feet; thence running southerly, and parallel to the east line of the <br />SE1 /4SE1 /4 of said Section 21, for a distance of Fifty -Two (52) feet; thence <br />easterly parallel with the southerly line of said Pleasant Home Subdivision, a <br />distance of 294 feet; thence northerly Fifty -Two (52) feet to the point of <br />beginning, EXCEPTING therefrom a certain tract of land more particularly <br />described in Warranty Deed recorded in Book 153, Page 486 as the same is <br />recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska; <br />together with all buildings, improvements, fixtures, streets, alleys, passageways, easements, <br />rights, privileges, and appurtenances located thereon or in anywise pertaining thereto, and the <br />rents, issues and profits, reversions and remainders thereof, and such personal property that is <br />attached to the improvements so as to constitute a fixture, including but not limited to heating <br />and cooling equipment, and together with the homestead or marital interests, if any, which <br />interests are hereby released and waived; all of which, including replacements and additions <br />thereto, is hereby declared to be a part of the real estate secured by the lien of this Deed of Trust <br />and all of the foregoing being referred to herein as the "Property ". <br />This Deed of Trust secures performance of a Promissory Note of even date herewith <br />executed by Kenneth W.
