<br />WHEREAS, Cornerstone Bank, York, Nebraska, as Trustee under the Deed of Trust dated November
<br />20, 2014, executed by Emil R Kment and Darlene L Penner -Kment F/KJA Darlene L Penner; Husband and Wife
<br />( "Trustor "); CORNERSTONE BANK, whose address is Marquette Facility, 402 Marquis Ave, P.O. Box 39,
<br />Marquette, NE 68854 (referred to below sometimes as "Lender" and sometimes as "Beneficiary"); and
<br />CORNERSTONE BANK, whose address is 529 LINCOLN AVE, YORK, NE 68467 (referred to below as "Trustee ").
<br />Trustor(s), in which CORNERSTONE BANK is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, and
<br />recorded December 1, 2014, at Instrument Number 201407546 of Mortgage Records, in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, has received from the Beneficiary thereunder, a written request
<br />to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid and that such Deed of
<br />Trust and the Note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as Trustee for cancellation.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of the Deed of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />therein, all the estate and interest derived in the Trustee under the Deed of Trust in the following described
<br />real estate, to -wit:

<br />The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 316 W 9th Street, Grand Island, NE 68801. The Real Property
