<br />WHEREAS, All of the indebtedness secured by the DEED OF TRUST executed by Geneva C.
<br />Smith, a single person, to Jerry J. Milner, a member of Nebraska Bar Association, as Trustee for
<br />the benefit of THE ASSOCIATES FINANCIAL SERVICES COMPANY, INC., SUCCESSOR
<br />IN INTERST TO ASSOCIATES FINANCIAL SERVICES COMPANY OF NEBRASKA, INC.,
