NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the

<br />WHEREAS, All of the indebtedness secured by the DEED OF TRUST executed by Geneva C.
<br />Smith, a single person, to Jerry J. Milner, a member of Nebraska Bar Association, as Trustee for
<br />the benefit of THE ASSOCIATES FINANCIAL SERVICES COMPANY, INC., SUCCESSOR
<br />IN INTERST TO ASSOCIATES FINANCIAL SERVICES COMPANY OF NEBRASKA, INC.,
<br />BY MERGER DATED 10/ 18/99, the Beneficiary named therein, dated June 9th, 1998, and
<br />recorded June 11th, 1998, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
