<br />WHEREAS, all or part of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by William T
<br />Warren and Mary E Warren, husband and wife, to West Gate Bank, Lincoln, Nebraska, Trustee, for
<br />the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, Kearney, NE, the Beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated November 6, 2013, and recorded on November 7, 2013, in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, Instrument No. 201308893, and further assigned to West Gate Bank on
<br />November 7, 2013, and recorded as Instrument No. 201308894, and said Beneficiary has requested in
<br />writing that this DEED OF RECONVEYANCE be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement
<br />below:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises.
<br />LOT TEN (10), BLOCK TWO (2), IN BRENTWOOD SECOND SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />TOGETHER WITH all buildings, fixtures, improvements, and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
