<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, All of the indebtedness secured by the DEED OF TRUST executed by Thomas J.
<br />Stanton and Laura J. Stanton, husband and wife, to Jerry J. Milner, a member of Nebraska Bar
<br />Association, as Trustee for the benefit of THE ASSOCIATES FINANCIAL SERVICES
<br />COMPANY, INC., SUCCESSOR IN INTERST TO ASSOCIATES FINANCIAL SERVICES
<br />COMPANY OF NEBRASKA, INC., BY MERGER DATED 10/18/99, the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated June 291h, 1999, and recorded July 02, 1999, in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 99- 106693 has been paid, and said Beneficiary
<br />has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed
<br />by its endorsement below;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these present, grant, remise,
<br />release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said DEED OF TRUST in the following described premises but only
<br />as to such premises:
<br />All that certain Lot or Parcel of land situate in the County of Hall and State of Nebraska, known
<br />and designated as Lot Twenty -two (22) of Westwood Park Subdivision in the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
