Stehlik, and after being first to be sworn upon oath do hereby depose the <br />state as follows: <br />1. This affidavit is based on personal knowledge. <br />2. I am an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Nebraska, and am currently in good <br />standing with the Nebraska State Bar Association. I was licensed to practice law in 1978. <br />3. I was the draftsman of a Deed filed with the Hall County Register of Deeds Instrument No. <br />201211262. There is a scrivener's error in the legal description. The scrivener's error consists of <br />the inadvertent omission of a line. The actual legal description of the property in question is as <br />follows: <br />A tract of land in the Southwest Quarter (SO) of Section Two (2), <br />in Township Twelve (12) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th <br />P.M., in Ball County, Nebraska, more particularly described as <br />follows: Coamiencinq at the Southwest Corner of said Section 2, <br />thence running Easterly on the South line of said Section 2, a <br />distance of 829.95 feet to the actual point of beginning, thence <br />deflecting left 89 degrees 25' 45", and running northerly a <br />distance of 336.80 feet; thence deflecting right 89 degrees 56' 30" <br />and running Easterly a distance of 468.30 feet; thence deflecting <br />right 86 degrees 34' 45" and running Southerly a distance of 333.12 <br />feet to the South line of said Section 2; thence deflecting right <br />92 degrees 54. 30 ", and running Westerly along the South line of <br />said Section 2 a distance of 495.82 feet to the point of <br />beginning. <br />The affidavit is given to correct the public records of Hall County, Nebraska, to reflect the <br />correct legal description. <br />len E.
