<br />under the Deeds of Trust dated July 1, 2016 and July 8, 2016, and executed by Betty Lou
<br />Crittenden, A Single Person, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary,
<br />and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, on July 8, 2016 as Instrument Nos 201604284 and 201604283, and
<br />Cl WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />•
<br />D of Trust above mentioned as follows:

<br />Lot Nine (9), Block Eighteen (18) Charles Wasmer's Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, AND
<br />Unit Two (2) in the Village Condominiums, a condominium, in the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deeds of Trust have been fully
<br />paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
<br />at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 20th day of September, 2016.
