<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />Paul J. LaPuzza, Successor Trustee, hereinafter referred to as "Z
<br />Grantor, as Trustee under the Trust Deed hereinafter described,
<br />hereby grants and conveys to U. S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION,
<br />herein referred to as Grantee, without any covenant or warranty
<br />expressed or implied, all of the following described real estate,
<br />to -wit:
<br />EAST 14 FEET OF LOT 14 AND ALL OF LOT 15, BLOCK 5, DILL
<br />AND HUSTON SUBDIVISION IN HALL COUNTY, GRAND ISLAND,
<br />NEBRASKA
<br />this conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor
<br />by that Trust Deed dated the 6th day of May, 1998, and recorded in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on the
<br />29th day of June, 1998 as Instrument No. 98- 106247 of the mortgage
<br />records of said county, between Tony R. Lopez and Alicia Lopez,
<br />husband and wife, as Trustor, First Bank National Association,
<br />Trustee and First Bank National Association n /k /a U.S. Bank
<br />National Association, as Beneficiary, wherein the Trustors granted
<br />and conveyed to such Trustee, on the Trusts therein expressed, the
<br />property hereinabove described to secure, among other obligations,
<br />the payment of a certain note and interest described in said Trust
<br />Deed according to the terms thereof and after the fulfillment of
<br />the conditions specified in the Trust Deed authorizing this
<br />conveyance by reason of a breach and default by the Trustors made
<br />under the terms of said Trust Deed in the particulars set forth in
<br />the Notice of Default filed by the Trustee, which default continued
<br />until the time of sale at which sale the property was sold to the
