TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />r n - i <br />C nS <br />( . co <br />c = <br />a <br />NOTICE OF DEFAULT <br />NOTICE OF RIGHT TO CURE <br />Cr) <br />as security for payment of a loan which the Trustor obtained from PATHWAY BANK, <br />Beneficiary of said Deeds of Trust which were recorded on May 24, 2011 and on March 30, <br />2012, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, instrument numbers <br />0201103898 and 201202491, respectively. <br />r r1 <br />You are hereby notified that MARK J. HEMMER AND KAT1NA HEMMER, <br />HUSBAND AND WIFE, as Trustors, did on or about May 4, 2011 and again on March 28, 2012, <br />make, execute and deliver unto the Trustee, a Deeds of Trust where said Trustor conveyed the <br />following- described real property: <br />THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER <br />(NW1/4NE1 /4) OF SECTION THREE (3), TOWNSHIP TWELVE (12) NORTH, <br />RANGE TEN (10) WEST OF THE 6 P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />MARVIN L. ANDERSEN, Attorney at Law, has been appointed Successor Trustee, <br />pursuant to a Substitution of Trustee filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustor <br />for which the Trust property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustor has failed to pay <br />the Beneficiary payments that were contractually due. <br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid <br />principal balance, together with interest thereon, at once due and payable, and the Trustee has <br />elected to sell or cause to be sold the real property described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said <br />obligation. <br />This default may be cured, within two months of the filing of this document in the office <br />of the register of deeds and the obligation and trust deed may be thereby reinstated, by paying to <br />the Beneficiary the entire amount due including costs and expenses actually incurred in enforcing <br />the terms of this Deed of Trust as provided in Neb.Rev.Stat §76 -1012. <br />
