<br /> CompIiance Wi#h Laws. Trustor warrants �hat the Property and Trustor's use �� the Prnperty camplies with all
<br /> existing appiicable laws, o�-dinances, and regulati�ns o�go�ernmental authorities.
<br /> Sur�i�a� a# Representations and Vtilarranties. All representafiions, warranties, and agreemFn�s made by Trustar in
<br /> this Deed vt Trust shal! sur�i�e the execution and deli�ery of this Deed of Trust, shall be confiinuing in na�ure, and
<br /> shal� remain in fu[I force and effe�t until such time as Borrower's �ndebtedness shall be paid in fu�l.
<br /> C�NDEMNAT��N. The follawing pro�isions relating to �ondemnatian proceedings ar�a part❑t this Deed vf Trust:

<br /> any prv�eeding �r purchase in lieu of c�ndemna�ian, Lender may at its e�ecfiion require that a[[ ❑r any portion of the
<br /> net pr�ceeds vf the award be appfi�d to the [ndebtedness ❑r the repair ❑r restoration of th� Property. The net
