<br />CORRECTIVE MASTER COMMISSIONER'S DEED
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />CO
<br />THAT WHEREAS, in an action found at Case No. CI 14 -825 in the District
<br />Court of Hall County, Nebraska, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee, for
<br />Carrington Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2006 -NC4 Asset- Backed Pass - Through
<br />Certificates, is the plaintiff, and Chad Thompson, Jennifer Thompson,
<br />Transnation, Trustee, and Peterson Mortgage Group, Inc., Beneficiary, are the
<br />defendants, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee, for Carrington Mortgage Loan
<br />Trust, Series 2006 -NC4 Asset - Backed Pass - Through Certificates, did obtain a
<br />Decree finding that there is due the plaintiff the sum of Seventy- Eighty Thousand
<br />Nine Hundred Fifty -One Dollars and Twenty -Eight Cents ($78,951.28), and costs
<br />of suit; and
<br />WHEREAS, it was further ordered in said Decree that in default of the
<br />payment of the sum so found due by the defendants, that the appointed Master
<br />Commissioner should cause the lands and tenements hereinafter described to be
<br />advertised and sold according to law to pay the same; and
<br />WHEREAS, default in payment having been made therein, John B.
<br />McDermott, Master Commissioner under and by virtue of the said Decree and the
<br />Order of Sale to him duly directed, did on January 20, 2016, inside the front door of
<br />the Hall County Courthouse, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />having first given due and legal notice of the time and place of said sale by
<br />publication once in each week for four consecutive weeks in a newspaper printed
<br />and in general circulation in said County of Hall, sell said premises at public auction
<br />to Nice Homes, Inc., for the sum of Sixty -Nine Thousand and Two Hundred Dollars
<br />($69,200.00); and
<br />WHEREAS, such Master Commissioner's sale was afterward confirmed on
<br />February 10, 2016, and the said John B. McDermott as Master Commissioner was
<br />ordered to convey said premises in fee simple title to Nice Homes, L.L.C.; and
<br />WHEREAS, on September 1, 2016, the Court entered an Order of
<br />Confirmation of Sale Nunc Pro Tunc, and the said John B. McDermott as Master
