<br /> ta human hea�th or the en�ironment when improperly used. treated, stored. dispvsgd of. generated, manufactur�d.
<br /> transportsd ❑r otherwise handled. The words "Hazardaus Suk�stances" are used �n their�ery broadest sense and
<br /> �nclude without limitativn any and all hazardaus vr tvxic substances, materiais or waste as defined by vr listed
<br /> under the En�ironmental Laws. The term "Hazardous 5ubstances" aiso includes, with�ut limitation, petroleum and

<br /> Impro�emsnts, The wvrd "lmpro�ements" means all exis�ing and future impro�ements. buifdfngs, stru�tures,
<br /> mvhile homes affixed on the Real Property� fac�lities, additions, replacements and vther constru�tion on the Rea!
<br /> Prop�rty.
<br /> Indabtedness. The word "Indebtedness" means ai� principa�, interest, and ather amvunts, costs and expensgs
<br /> payabfe under ths Nvte or Related Documents, t�gether with ali renewals af, extensions vf, modifi�ations v#,
<br /> consolidations vf and suhsti#ut�ons #or the Note ar Refated Documents and any amvunts expended or ad�anced by
